Case studyh2o Restored is a family-run exterior cleaning business in Liverpool, cleaning driveways, patios, roofs and gutters across Merseyside. When I started on their SEO, a rebrand and a website move had knocked pages out of Google. Here’s what I did, and where they show up now.
The business had just changed its name and moved to a new web address. The move hadn’t been mapped properly, so Google couldn’t find a lot of the pages it used to rank, and Search Console was full of errors.
The Google listing had grown messy too, with around 80 near-duplicate service entries stuffed with place names. Old directory listings still showed the previous name and phone number, which muddles Google about who the business is and where it works.
Nothing clever. The basics, done in the right order and kept up every week.
Every old address redirected to its new page, then checked in Search Console until Google picked the site back up.
Around 80 duplicate service entries cut down to 15 genuine ones, with real job photos added.
Service pages and around 60 area pages written in the owner’s own voice, answering what homeowners ask.
The new name, number and address put right across 78 directories, so every listing matches.
WhatsApp photo quotes on every page, so a search turns into a message in a couple of taps.
The same details everywhere, so Google’s AI answers describe the business, its services and its prices correctly.
Real Google screenshots. Competitors are blurred out.

None of this needed a big budget. It needed the website, the Google listing and the directories all telling the same story, and someone looking after them every week. That’s how every SEO campaign I run works.
If you run a pressure washing or cleaning business, my pressure washing page shows how I’d do the same for you. The cleaning company page covers the wider trade.
WhatsApp me your web address and the towns you cover. I’ll tell you honestly what I’d do first.
