Google setupGoogle gives you three free tools that every business should have. Analytics, a Business Profile and Search Console. Most businesses I meet have one of them half done, or set up years ago on an email nobody can get into. I sort all three.
Google gives every business three free tools. A Business Profile, which puts you in the map. Analytics, which shows who visits your website and what they do there. And Search Console, which shows how Google sees your site and what you show up for.
Between them they cover how people find you, what happens when they land and whether Google has any trouble with your site. Without them you’re guessing. With them set up correctly, every decision about your website is based on what’s really going on, and Google’s own Search Console overview is a good place to see what it covers.
As a Liverpool Google setup consultant, I find most businesses have one of the three half done, or set up years ago on an email address nobody can get into any more. I sort all three, in your name, and link them together so they share what they know.
Setting up and checking all three tools is included in the £125 a week. It’s one of the first jobs I do for every new client, because everything else in an SEO campaign relies on it. If the map is your priority, have a read of how to get into the Google Maps top 3.
Take one, two or all three. Tap through for the detail on each.
Your listing in the map. For most local businesses it brings in more calls than the website does.
Business Profile → 2Who visits your site, where they came from and whether they got in touch.
Analytics → 3What Google thinks of your site, what you show up for and anything it’s struggling with.
Search Console →Really impressed with Peter and his team. Very approachable, very knowledgeable and very experienced. They’ve updated and optimised my website to a good level and within the agreed budget. If you need SEO in Liverpool speak to [hiPete].
I’ve lost count of the businesses locked out of their own Google accounts. The web designer set them up years ago and then disappeared. Everything I set up belongs to you.
I’ll add myself as a user so I can do the work. You can remove me whenever you like.

Tell me what you think is set up, even if you’re not sure. I’ll find out what exists and who has access.
Missing tools created, old ones recovered and all three linked together.
The numbers feed straight into your SEO, so every change is based on what’s really happening.
Fill this in and I’ll check which Google tools you’ve already got, whether they’re set up correctly and what’s missing.
If you want me to crack on, it’s £125 a week, which is about £18 a day. Less than a couple of coffees.

Yes. All three are free from Google. What you’re paying for is getting them set up correctly and someone keeping an eye on them.
For most local businesses, yes. Each one tells you something the others don’t.
You do. Everything is set up in your name, and I’m added as a user you can remove at any time.
Usually, yes. I’ll help you get access back so you keep your history and reviews.
Analytics and Search Console are usually done within a day or two. A Business Profile depends on Google’s checks, which can take a little longer.
Yes. Search Console and Analytics can be linked so you see searches and visits in one place.
If you’d like. Most people just use the live reporting portal, which shows the key numbers any time.
A Business Profile works without one. Analytics and Search Console both need a website to measure.
Yes. I just need access to your site, or someone who can add a short bit of code for me.
